Regeneration acidafter concentration adjustment by complex acid could be used again by the acid picklingline.

Process Flow:

Waste acid → waste acid storage tank → concentration → spray roasting →decomposition → HCL (gas) → iron powder (collecting) → furnace gas cooling →HCL absorption → regenerated acid → regenerated acid storage tank

Iron oxide powder is stored in the iron powder bin forpackaging storage by air conveying device; Offgas after absorption is emittedthough many times washing.
