Aluminum coils or galvanized steel strip is painted and baked twice
in coating lines and printed with some patterns to ensure high
resistance and appealing appearance. the coil printing line is
composed of uncoiler, sewing machine, accumulator, degreasing and
washing unit, roller coating machine, printing pattern machine,
furnace, shear, coiler etc.
Features of steel and aluminium coil printing line:
1. Utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of
coating layer.
2. A fine coating layer meets international standard.
3. It is suitable for coating with Acrylic, Polyester,
Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF).
