Annealing furnace is the core equipment of production line, including seal chamber, flame heating section, reduction section, cooling section, balance section, chamber for thermal tensioning roller. Its main function is heating, insulation, cooling and temperature uniformity of the strip steel according to the grade requirements of product and the corresponding annealing and heat treatment curve, to complete the recrystallization annealing of the strip steel and to make the strip reach the required temperature before entering the zinc pot. Through chamber for thermal tensioning roller (furnace nozzle) the strip goes into the zinc pot.

Inlet sealing chamber: the upper and lower furnace doors are all fireproof flexible material towards the surface of the steel strip, which can contact with the steel strip to form small gaps. The upper furnace door can be lifted and opened in order to thread. The upper furnace door is closed during normal production to prevent heat loss.

The monitoring system has man-machine interactive, communication, display and storage functions, which are mainly used for data, graphical display, unit state monitoring, unit data input, information storage and other related operations function screen. The monitoring system mainly completes the display and recording of the state data in the production process by the monitoring software running in the system.

Open-flame heating section: the open-flame heating furnace adopts non-oxidizing burner for heating, and the combustion mode of the burner can be controlled to adjust the non-oxidizing atmosphere of the furnace to ensure that the strip steel is in the range of non-oxidizing.
