This production line is push-pull acid pickling unit, which adopts
the most advanced Shallow Trough Turbulence Acid Pickling
Technology. The equipment and technology are reliable, advanced and
mature. The equipment and technology could fulfill buyer’s need of
steady production and long-term running, which is proved by actual
practice. This technology is featured by reasonable structure, high
efficiency, low consumption, convenient operation and fewer faults.
Transport coil to uncoiling position from coil skid, composited by
car, rail track, travelling, going up and down, etc. In travelling
there are car unit, motor, reducer and car wheel. In lifting and
falling there are framework, lifting and falling cylinder and
steering devices. Electricity and pressure oil shall be supplied by
dragging chain.
It is used for uncoiling the coil and providing tensile strength
during coil running. For the device double cone structure is
adopted. It mainly consists of base for fixing, transverse
cylinder, sliding base and the drive device mounted on the sliding
base, spindle, cone head and other structures. When the coil has
defects such as telescope and collapse and the defects are minor,
the double cone pay-off reel is better to adapt to the coil shape.

Saturated steam: average ~5,500kg/h, maximum ~6,500kg/h
Desalted water: average ~5000L/h, maximum ~8,000L/h
Cooling water: average ~160m3/h
Domestic water: ~1,000L/h(for safety flushing and reair flushing)
Hydrochloric acid: 0.5~1.5kg/t(32% weight percentage)
(In the case of acid regeneration equipment, it d epends on the
level of acid regeneration equipment.)
Compressed air: average ~200Nm3/h (used for equipment)
