Equipment and system configuration
The uncoiling section is equipped with double pay off reels to
reduce the coil loading time, improve the utilization rate of the
unit and increase the capacity.
The entry section is equipped with 9-roll pinch straightener, end
and angle cutting shears to ensure the passing ability of strip
steel.
The pay-off reel in the entry section is powered. It can
automatically uncoils coil and float to ensure the neutrality of
strip steel.
The tension of uncoiling section can be adjusted, and the pressure
roller is equipped to ensure the smooth operation of strip steel.
The entry section is equipped with vertical guide roller to ensure
the accuracy of strip steel position in 9 roll pinch straightener
and entering the process section.
The process section is equipped with backwashing section to prevent
the pollution of the front section equipment when the strip is
pumped back.
Squeezing roll is set between each process tank to ensure that the
tank liquid is distributed according to the process requirements;
Double squeezing rollers are set at the exit of pickling tank and
washing tank to improve the process efficiency.
It is equipped with acid mist emission system to ensure that the
unit emissions meet the environmental protection requirements;
Each process tank is equipped with independent circulation and
pickling tank heating system;
It is equipped with necessary temperature and liquid level
monitoring to realize automatic temperature control in the process
section of the unit;
The necessary acid concentration meter and conductivity meter are
equipped to accurately control the discharge concentration of waste
acid.
The exit section is equipped with pinch centering roll CPC to
ensure the accuracy of strip position.
It is equipped with cantilever disc shear to ensure the quality of
cutting edge;
The exit section is equipped with three-roll tension bridle roll to
provide the necessary tension for coiling.
Coiler box floating, automatic edge alignment.
It is equipped with advanced CPC and EPC system to ensure that the
strip runs in the center of the production line;
It is equipped with Siemens S7 ~ 1500PLC control system and YASKAWA
GA700 frequency converter to achieve the precise control of the
production line speed and tension, to ensure the stable operation
of the production line;
Set the hydraulic system at the entry and exit to provide power for
the equipment nearby;
It is equipped with pneumatic system. The compressed air is
supplied by the user through pressure regulation, fine filter and
then transported to all the cylinder on the line;
