In the Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL), the Pickled, Rolled or Tempered Cold coils are annealed in the desired quality depending on the customer’s choice, and zinc plated in the desired weight using the hot-dipping method. Additional processes may take place depending on the customer’s choice. High-quality galvanized steel strips for use in automobiles can be produced through the use of air knife and highly precise zinc coating weight gauge. For good anticorrosion performance, galvanized steelsheet is vastly applied into the industries of home appliance, decoration,advertisement, and civil construction, etc. Particularly, the home applianceindustry (outer shell of air conditioner, outer plate of refrigerator, outershell of washing machine, computer, and microwave oven, etc) and color coatedplate has large demands on galvanized plate.

The continuous hot-dip galvanized line is manufactured using cold-rolled steel coil which is coated with a thin layer of high grade zinc on both sides by hot dip zinc coating process.
